2. Joining and eligibility
Submitting the waitlist form requests a possible beta invitation; it does not guarantee access, a launch date or a paid subscription. A beta agreement starts when we grant app access and you use it. You must be at least 16. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian permits your use. You must provide accurate details and keep account credentials secure.
3. The beta service
one&a records practice takes, measures hit timing and dynamics, and may provide generated or coach-assisted practice feedback. The beta is free, experimental and may contain errors. It is a practice aid, not a substitute for a teacher, medical advice or professional hearing guidance. Protect your hearing and practise safely.
Every currently available beta feature is included without a payment card. The planned founder discount is not a promise of a particular price or duration. Before any paid service starts, we will show the price and applicable paid terms and ask for separate acceptance.
4. Fair use
You may use the beta for personal, non-commercial drum practice. You must not:
- break the law, infringe another person's rights, harass others or submit unlawful content;
- probe, bypass or disrupt security, quotas, authentication or other users' access;
- reverse engineer the service except where mandatory law expressly permits it;
- resell access, automate abusive requests or use the beta to build a competing dataset or service.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in recordings and other content you provide. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy and process that content only to operate, secure, diagnose and improve the beta as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to content you submit.
The app, site, brand, designs, software and service content remain the property of GoSchool-AI Kft. or its licensors. These Terms give you only a temporary, revocable, non-transferable right to use the beta; no source code, brand or other intellectual-property right is transferred.
6. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains the data, purposes, retention, processors and your rights. Waitlist operation and optional marketing are separate choices. You may leave the waitlist, withdraw marketing consent or request account deletion at any time.
7. Changes, availability and ending access
We may add, change, limit or remove beta functions and may pause or end the beta. We will give reasonable notice by email before a material adverse change where practicable. We may suspend or end access immediately for a serious security risk, unlawful use or material breach. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion.
Material changes to these Terms receive a new version and effective date. Continued use after notice means acceptance only where permitted by law; if a change needs fresh consent, we will ask for it explicitly.
8. Warranty and liability
We provide the free beta with reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect hit detection, a particular training result or compatibility with every device. Generated recommendations can be wrong; use your judgement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional harm, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by us, or mandatory consumer rights. Your statutory remedies remain unaffected.

Please send complaints to arpad.tamasi@gmail.com or the postal address above; we will investigate and reply in writing. Consumers may also contact the Budapest Conciliation Board (1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99.; bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu) or the competent consumer-protection authority.
Hungarian law governs these Terms. This does not remove mandatory protection granted by the law of a consumer's country of residence or restrict access to a competent court.
